In a Learner Agency bootcamp, you learn:

  • Core effects of learner agency.
  • Solutions for problematic agency problems.
  • Why agency is a must for learning.
  • How to implement agency for small or large groups (20 up to 3000 learners).
  • Why creating agency does not cost you extra time but gives you great impact.

  • Do all learners need agency to learn impactful?

Bootcamp Assessment as Learning

In an AaL bootcamp, you learn:

  • Assessment problems and AaL solutions.
  • Why AaL is a must.
  • How to implement AaL, manage AaL and administer AaL.
  • Why AaL does not cost you extra time but renders you great impact.
Questions such as the following will be tackled:
  • How do we assess currently?
  • What is working well and what is not as we would like it?
  • Consequential validity of the current assessment?
  • What is AaL? What forms are there?
  • How do we ensure variation?
  • Can I still take a classic test?
  • How many tests can work?
  • What methods do support AaL?
  • How do these look like in practice?
  • Why individual but also group evaluations are a must.
  • How do I set up portfolios, criterion-oriented interviews, peer assessment, 360° feedback, etc.?
  • How do I implement that? Can a course work without testing?
  • How are these related to our final qualifications?
  • Which feedback system do I set up? How?
  • How you establish quality assurance?
  • How do we arrive at feedback seeking behaviour?

  • Tips and tricks for high quality HILL coaching.

  • What are the best tricks to coach in a HILL supportive way?
  • How frequently should we coach learners?
  • How does coaching relate to feedback?
  • Do we need to coach the process (PDP) and on the content to be learned, or should this be done by two separate coaches?
  • Do we coach at the individual level, or at the team level, or both?
  • Should we vary in coaching methods in for learners?
  • How do we coach for small groups and how for large groups?

Bootcamp Hybrid learning

  • E-learning problems and hybridity solutions.
  • Why hybrid learning is a must.

  • How do we arrange our infrastructure to support informal learning?
  • What tips and tricks are there for increasing informal learning?
  • How do we organize formal learning in a HILL environment?
  • When and how do we provide lectures, instruction, skills trainings, etc.?

Bootcamp Action and Knowledge sharing

1 or 1/2 day
In an Action & Knowledge Sharing bootcamp, you learn:
  • Key methods for knowledge sharing.
  • Knowledge sharing problems solutions.
  • How knowledge sharing is related to presence in vivo or virtually.
  • How to implement knowledge sharing.
  • Why knowledge sharing does give you great impact.
Questions such as the following will be tackled:
  • How can the strongest knowledge sharing or action be created?
  • How do we create knowledge sharing continuously?
  • Should we vary in knowledge sharing methods for learners?
  • How is this intertwined with coaching methods?
  • What types of knowledge sharing are there?
  • What are the different effects of different types of knowledge sharing?
  • Can knowledge sharing methods be used during the learning process, during assessment processes, etc.?
